AYSO United North County is a premier youth sports organization based in North County San Diego. Our mission is to provide a competitive and safe destination for young athletes, ranging in age from 6-18 years old, where they can build confidence and develop the strengths necessary for success both on and off the field.

The key word in North County is Environment. As Director of Coaching, I must first create an Environment for our Coaches where they can thrive and progress as individuals. Inevitably from there our staff will be able to create their own Team Environment that will allow their players to grow and succeed based on day-to-day interaction. In addition to regular practice sessions and a variety of club events throughout the season, our professional staff of international coaches offers specialized clinics, camps, club events, and training opportunities tailored specifically to the individual needs of your player.
