Torrance, CA.-  We are delighted to announce that Antietam United will be joining AYSO United for the fall 2017 Season.

“This is an exciting development for AYSO United bringing an established Club program into the AYSO Family” David Thomas (National Academy Director)

AYSO United Antietam will led by Matt Snyder (Director of Coaching) & Chris Plumadore (Administrator) and will serve the communities of Hagerstown, MD and the surrounding areas of Jefferson County, WV/ Washington, Frederick, Allegheny and Garrett County, MD/ Franklin County, PA.

Local AYSO regions led by Lynn Bowers and new commissioner Jeremy Shupp and supporting Boonsboro Commissioner Paul Kadin have set the foundation for a successful club program allowing AYSO Players to compete at every level.

With a rich tradition of player development the Antietam program is continually producing ODP level players through quality coaching and planning. Antietam currently has over 12 teams playing in the Baltimore Beltway Soccer League (BBSL)

“We have worked hard to reach this point by creating an environment where players have the opportunity to play club soccer at a high level without fear of being priced out. Our club is player focused putting the needs of our members above all else. We are excited to join this national program and continue to build on our core philosophies” Matt Snyder (DOC)

AYSO United – Antietam expands the United program on the East Coast highlighting our National reach and the demand for Club Soccer.

“Matt, Chris and the supporting regions and their volunteers have done a tremendous job in building a first class program which is obviously highlighted in their ability to produce ODP level players. How Antietam is structured and their relationship with the local AYSO programs will allow the players to continue to develop in the AYSO Pathway. We look forward to supporting this program and helping them achieve their long term goals” David Thomas
